I am proud to be a University of Miami alumnus, holding both a BBA in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Federal Income Taxation. With more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industries, I founded WJS Florida Realty in 2011, where I continue to serve as Owner and Managing Broker. My background in business and accounting allows me to provide clients with meaningful insight into investment returns, long-term value, and the tax advantages of real estate ownership.

I also serve on the Board of Directors of the University of Miami Alumni Association’s Colombia S.A. Chapter, a role that has given me the privilege of helping countless Colombians successfully purchase homes and investment properties in Florida.
