William Cormier

Bill is one of the Principals of Hourihane, Cormier & Associates, LLC.

Bill has been in the real estate business since 1972 and during his career helped build one of the largest multi-office real estate firms in New Hampshire. In January 1998, Bill and his business partner Mark Hourihane opened their new office at 170 South Main Street, Rochester, NH, and since that time, HCA has been the leader in its market area.

Bill is a past president of the Strafford County Board of REALTORS, a former REALTOR of the Year, as well as a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award by the 1995 president of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS.

Bill is a past president of the Rochester Rotary, a former chairman of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, current Parliamentarian for the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS, and serves on numerous other civic and professional committees and boards.

Bill and his wife Cally have two children and reside in Newmarket, NH.
