William Gauger

Bill Gauger is a member of the Fioretti Team at Berkshire Hathaway, working out of the Naples 5th Avenue office. Bill specializes in working with buyers and sellers in both the Naples and Marco Island markets. Prior to working as a realtor, he was a real estate attorney and real estate finance and development consultant.

Bill’s clients rely on his comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market while also benefiting from his expertise in real estate law and finance. The process of buying or selling a home can be very daunting and stressful. His background in both real estate sales and law gives his clients added peace of mind.

He lives with his wife and two children in Hideaway Beach, Marco Island, and is actively involved in both the Naples and Marco Island communities. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Naples Area Board of Realtors, Marco Island Area Association of Realtors, as well as the Illinois State Bar Association.

Bill received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School as well as his Masters in Urban Planning and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
