William Hanley

It is my extreme privilege to manage Westfield Regional office of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
I have been very involved with the Realtor organization on all levels for over 30 years.

On a local level, I was named President of the Middlesex County Association of Realtors In 2000, 2001 and 2011.

On the State Level, I was elected President of the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2007. I also serve NJAR in various capacities, including first Vice-President, President of the NJAR Educational Foundation, President of the Government Research Foundation, Trustee of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation, Chair of Strategic Planning as well as a member of the Risk Management Committee.

I have been a National Association of Realtors Director since 2004. In 2013, I had the honor of being the NAR Region 2 Vice President overseeing New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During that time I have served on the risk management committee 2006 and housing needs committees. I have also been honored to achieve President Circle Hall of Fame for my contributions to RPAC.

In 2016 I was asked to be the Federal Political Coordinator for Representative Bonnie Watson-Coleman who is U.S. Representative for New Jersey’s 12th Congressional District.

Currently I am a licensed instructor of the National Association of Realtors Quadrennial Ethics Training Course and Ethics Course for continuing education for the State of New Jersey.
