William Howard

After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg college and a Master’s from the University of Tennessee, Bill settled in Charlottesville in 1965, less than 50 miles from where he grew up in Culpeper, Virginia. He was with Real Estate III from 1972 until 1992, when he bought the commercial division (Real Estate III Commercial Properties). Today, he serves as President and Broker of the firm. He has been a licensed Realtor for over 52 years and a licensed broker for more than 47 years. Bill is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, an honor bestowed upon him in recognition of his expertise in the field, and a graduate of the REALTOR Institute. He is married to Glenda Howard, the principal Realtor for residential properties at Bill Howard & Associates Real Estate in Charlottesville.
