WILLIAM JOHNSON

Bill Johnson is the President/Owner Broker of Mountain Country Realty Inc., an established real estate brokerage firm with the unique distinction of being the oldest brokerage in Lake Arrowhead Ca. Bill also is the Managing Member and General Manager for SkyPark at Santa’s Village, a Mountain Bike Park, and Adventure Theme Park in Skyforest CA. He presently serves as a director for the “Mountains Community Hospital Foundation,” and as a director for “Making Spirits Bright Foundation” both charitable non-profit 501, c (3) organizations.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton in business finance and urban development, Bill obtained a California Real Estate Brokers license, has been a director for many years for The California Association of Realtors, President of the Rim of the World Association of Realtors, and currently stays involved in Real Estate Brokerage, development, and management.

Bill was raised in Corona del Mar and visited Lake Arrowhead for many years until becoming a full-time resident in 1982. He married Michelle Ramsay in 1995 and they have two children, Taylor, and Kacy. Living in Southern California, they all enjoy surfing, water skiing, biking, and snowboarding.
