About William K.

William Kane Halick has been involved in real estate and real estate finance since 2001. He accepted the field because he was always interested in buying and financing property and turned his passion into a successful career.
Today William’s real estate expertise and philosophy revolves around the financial underpinnings of home ownership. Strategic long-term decision making that encompasses the financial structuring of the deal to maximize value and minimize risk. “A client’s decision for buying will impact how and why a deal should be structured in a certain way, “he says. “Of course, underlying it all is finding a home that also suits one’s individual lifestyle needs, and that will carry value and hold memories for years to come.”

William was raised in New Jersey, and he holds a BA in History and a minor in International Studies. He also completed his Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University in their top world ranked Executive program. William has also taken courses on Mortgage-Backed Securities at the New York Institute of Finance. He began his career at Foxtons Financial, a real estate and mortgage company, then served as an Account Executive with JPMorgan Chase in their wholesale mortgage lending division, and founded Aceltis Financial Group in 2003, which was rebranded as Aceland Mortgage in 2019. Obtaining his real estate broker's license, he went on to find the Northern New Jersey office for HomeSmart Realty - one of the largest real estate franchises in America.

William has enjoyed living in Europe and owns property abroad and speaks fluent Spanish. Having lived and traveled around the world, he has a fondness for people which translates into a sincere business experience. For buyers and sellers, this means they receive clear and concise information with fast turnaround times and a desire to creatively solve problems.
