Ubermensch13 reviewed Bill Lewis 04/28/2015 Helped me buy a home I was interested in a vacant property, a little swamp lot way out in the country so I called the number listed on the sign and left a message with the computer ttat told me someone would return my call. Bill Lewis was the realtor that responded about fifteen minutes later. I guess it was just luck that Bill was the one on call that day. I told him the address of the property and started asking him some questions about it being wet lands and in a conservation area. Since he wasn't the listing agent he wasn't immediately familiar with the property or the answers to my questions. He took down my information and told me he would do a little digging and would get back to me. I thought to myself great this isn't going to go anywhere. Boy was I wrong, the next day Bill called me back with loads of information. He had contacted the state environmental agency and the county and had all the pertinent information that I was looking for. He was able to forward me interactive maps from the county that showed boundaries and soil conditions and wet land set backs and everything. I still use the map to this day as I look for more property.

06/09/2015 - mertzhayes Sold a home in 2015 in Killarney, FL 34740. Bill was very helpful in getting the appraisal he was also helpful in what would make the house more appealing for a faster sale. His prediction of how long it may take to get the sale was spot on . When we got the contract Bill went over the positive and negative parts of the contract and what we should change for my best interest. Bill is easy to talk to and will keep you informed.
