William is a great real-estate agent and, most importantly, a great person. He aided my fiancé and I during our search last year and was extremely patient and hard working. I was relatively new to Miami -- about two years at the time -- and William's lifetime of institutional knowledge helped seamlessly navigate different South Florida markets in Dade and Broward counties. But here is something that stood out most: William made my fiancé and I feel like we were his only client, although obviously that is far from the case. My son referred me to William after I had tried unsuccessfully on a few occasions to purchase a “Bank Owned” investment property in Miami without the help of a realtor. From day one he was extremely professional and came ready to get down to business which I really appreciated. After identifying several good options, we narrowed down the selection and put in an offer. When the bank rejected my initial offer (which was actually above the asking price) I was grateful to have William in my corner. The banks were trying to create a bidding war so we moved quickly on another opportunity which we locked down in less than 48 hours and significantly less than the asking price. Since the property needed some work, William’s experience in building and design helped when I was sourcing vendors for kitchen, bath and flooring. The home turned out to be an amazing investment and without his expertise in dealing with the bank and contractors, I would have easily gotten in way over my head. He was always there to explain every step and always had a plan ready for any possible outcome which is necessary when dealing with Bank Owned transactions.
