William Nieves

Dr. William Nieves holds the position of Commercial Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial - UT and is the Senior Lead Instructor for agent development and the eXcelerate Program.
He is a Gettysburg, Pennsylvania native and has served as a K-9 Officer and Detective for the Drug Task Force in Carlisle, PA. He began his real estate career in 2015 and has closed millions of dollars in commercial sales and leases. He specializes in office, warehouse, retail, medical, restaurant, tenant representation and business brokering, commercial sales and 1031 exchanges.
Dr. Nieves held the position of Managing Director of the KW Commercial Division and spearheaded the implantation and growth of the commercial division at the Midvale, UT market center and has leased, purchased and sold with the KW Commercial team $7.2 Billion in Commercial Transaction Volume and 11,881 Units in Commercial Property. Dr. Nieves made a transition from KW Commercial and moved over to the eXp family with a MEGA team and held the position of President for Nexgen Commercial, Brokered by eXp Realty and expanded the commercial team in several states. He also collaborates with the eXp realty agents in Utah to spearhead their commercial deals and assist the agents with commercial education, sales and leasing opportunities.
