Will Prokos- Has joined Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail division primarily focusing on the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers and net leased investments throughout the country. Will is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and leverages the firm’s national marketing platform to provide real estate investors with access to the industry's largest inventory of deliverable commercial property as well as to the largest pool of qualified private and institutional buyers and sellers. Originally from Long Island New York, Will lived in Manhattan for 20 years and is an 18-year veteran of Wall Street where he co- ran an institutional sales, research and trading desk. Will worked at the firms of Kidder Peabody & Co, Shearson Lehman and Citigroup. Will has been involved with real estate for almost as many years up and down the east coast and the south Florida market where he was a partner in a property management company in Palm Beach County. Will is a graduate of New York University with a B A in Politics and economics. His competitive nature has led him to Olympic sailboat racing, squash, tennis, golf.
