Bill was phenomenal from start to finish! From our very first interaction, he was extremely helpful. We quickly set up an appointment for him to come see our house and make recommendations about improvements and discuss comps so we could list competitively. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. I didn't think I was quite ready to list, but after our conversation, I knew that it was the right time. He wasn't pushing at all, but he was able to provide a detailed summary of the current market. We had our first showing very quickly after listing, and had close to 30 showings total. Once he received all the offers, he sat down with us and explained the details of each and answered all of our questions. We were able to make a decision very easily with his guidance. Once we were under contract, Bill was available at our house for all the inspections, and anything else that we needed from him. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions, provided excellent guidance, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to sell their home in the area, and I would absolutely use him again as my agent, whether it's for buying or selling again in the future.
