I returned to my native Atlanta and received a Georgia real estate license in 2006 after spending 26 years in California. There I functioned as a computer/network sales engineer and, for just under 10 of those years, as a real estate professional with Pacific Union and McGuire & Company - high end, luxury real estate brokerage firms in San Francisco.
Prior to the real estate business, I began my career having discovered my innate ability and passion for solving customer problems through consultative selling processes in computer software and hardware sales with the Unisys Corporation. I transitioned to IBM and MCI and performed as a Sales Engineer designing and supporting communications and networking products. Also during this time, I became certified as an IT instructor for the University of California at Berkeley where I taught Internet technology both online and in the classroom.
My post secondary education consisted of Networking Certificates from University of California at Santa Cruz - High Speed Switching, and University of California at Berkeley - Network Engineering. I also attended Howard University, Washington, D.C.; and Pace University in New York City where I received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
In addition to enjoying the real estate landscape of Atlanta, I stay fully engaged in the city’s performing arts scene, frequenting art shows, theatre and live music venues. I also remain active in the local Board of Realtors as well as business associations such as the Luxury Marketing Council. This level of involvement enables me to bring stability, and flexibility to my clients, particularly those new to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
My Achievements and Community Roles include:
2010 Chair - Community Affairs Committee, Atlanta Board of Realtors
2010 Member - Georgia Homeownership Council
2010 Associate Member - Georgia Association of Realtors
2010 Branch Sales Associate of the Year for Units Closed
2011 Branch Sales Associate of the Year for Units Closed
