W. CRAIG TAYLOR
I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. I hold the Graduate of
the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)
designations and was recognized this year as a top ten producer
in my office and firm-wide Silver designation. I am originally from
Alexandria, Virginia, but I have lived in Houston for over 40 years.
My areas of specialization are helping people realize their housing
goals in finding or selling their home. What sets me apart is that I
understand design, construction, and what makes a great building,
which most REALTORS® can’t offer.
My architecture background is the foundation of my real estate
career, as I understand good design, construction, building
systems, neighborhood character, and property value. I have been
a registered architect for 35 years and taught architecture at the
university level.
It takes time to develop a client base, and I believe that is
accomplished through service and listening to the client. My
educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
in Architecture, and I am a LEED Accredited Professional, which
focuses on sustainable design and practices.
I am active on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and
Instagram. While I am not fluent in any other language besides
English, I am a member of several industry and affinity groups, which
enhances my professional life.
My goal is to support and guide my client with professional service
that is personable, collaborative, knowledgeable and very real.
