Tim is a real gentleman, a professional and is detail oriented. He knows the properties, is patient, understanding, reliable, easy to talk to, goes over and above to show each property, and explains any questions you have about each property. If he did not know the answer to our questions, he would get help asap and give us the answers. He knew what to look for at the inspections and I liked the way he would do a walk thru on each house with his phone camera so I could see the home. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Tim was fantastic. We told him what we wanted and where, and he took us out 2 days later and showed us a variety of options. His knowledge of the area and market were fantastic. He was extremely responsive, often speaking with me after I had gotten off work in the evening. He responded to every text, call, and ask. He has even made himself available to us after closing.
