William Vitiello

William is the quintessential New Yorker. He is knowledgeable about real estate investment of course, but also about art, music, decor, and design. He appreciates that every neighborhood is unique and has singular advantages and distinctions. William respects that every client and every deal is different and tailors his approach accordingly.

William believes in conducting business in an organic fashion, allowing clients and customers to come to their own conclusions while educating them with market data and useful information. While representing buyers he considers himself a matchmaker because he so enjoys pairing a client’s aesthetic preferences and fiscal reality with that ‘just right’ living space. While representing sellers William ties in his dynamic marketing background to strategically position property with various advertising platforms and beautiful photographs.

William, a graduate of Parsons, The New School of Design, worked previously in PR, Marketing, and Wholesale Sales. He enjoys running, playing tennis with friends, discovering new music, traveling, and is always up for a classic game of Monopoly.
