Bill is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the coop board. Absolutely happy that bill was able to find us a perfect home, being first time home buyer’s. Thank you once again, and appreciate all your help !

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Bill and his partner Jeff. They both are highly professional and very friendly in terms of giving any essential advices while making decisions about the property. Bill is super responsive in communications and always enthusiastic while showings. Unlike other realtors, Bill likes to give opinions about the pros and cons and as a first time home-owner, we very much appreciated that. He went out of the and guided us for renovation project as well. He definitely made our home search less stressful and we are very thankful for that. He makes a strong bond with his customers and makes sure they are fully satisfied with the deal. We highly recommend him as a realtor and can assure you with a confidence that you won’t regret it.

Bill and his team were quick to respond and easy to work with. His pool of resources and marketing material made it extremely easy for us to sell our home quickly and without issue. Bill quickly found us a great rental property which made for a much easier transition, allowing us to show our empty home for sale. Bill was knowledgable and helpful every step of the way.
