Last year my wife and I worked with Bill to find our dream home. He helped us sell our house and we went on the hunt for a house in the Yuba City area. Bill is based out of Sacramento so I knew this would be a little extra work for him but it didn’t slow him down at all. When we were looking for a house I had done my homework and I had a list of houses that I wanted to see. None of them really impressed us. The house we ended up buying wasn’t on my list at all but we looked at it because Bill was convinced we would like it and he’s a really nice guy so I thought I would humor him, lol. Needless to say we fell in love with the place. It was at the high end of our price range but Bill worked hard to get us the price we needed. He was also particularly patient with me as I had never bought a home before and I had a lot of questions. It was very clear from the start that his only concern was making sure that we were happy with our purchase. I couldn’t give Bill a higher recommendation. I can honestly say we would not have this home if it wasn’t for him.

Bill was fantastic! He is very professional and proactive in ensuring every detail of buying my house went smoothly. He spent quality time with me to come up with a list of my top 5 priorities prior to looking at houses. This was very important to me, as it showed that he only had my best interest at heart, and not out for just making the most money possible. He also spent many hours answering any questions, and did not rush me into buying something that did not meet my needs. He also assisted me with finding just the right financing. He still keeps in touch with me, to make sure everything is going well. He is just a great all around person. I highly recommend Bill - you won't be disappointed.
