William Womeldorf

Bill Womeldorf is a licensed real estate agent with Naples Realty Group where he assists investors in purchasing and listing properties locally. He is also the managing principal of Womeldorf & Associates, a full service consulting firm focused on providing real estate investors design consulting, construction management and real estate development services around the Greater Springfield region.

Since 2014, Bill has consulted on approx. 350 projects ranging from high end single family houses, multi-level offices to multifamily apartment buildings upwards of 20+ units. He owns and manages a rental portfolio of approx. 50 units and has been actively investing in real estate since 2015.

He graduated from UMass Amherst with degrees in Architecture and Building Science Technology, and has spoken at various national conferences on cutting edge high performance construction for specifically multifamily buildings.
