Could not recommend William enough. He helped me buy my first home while I was fully remote in another state. He was insanely responsive in the process (pretty sure he doesn't sleep), asked the right questions and truly listened to my needs, patient in walking me through the ins and outs of home purchase (he's very knowledgeable), and made me feel like I had a true partner on my side. Would 100% work with him in the future.

My wife and I can’t thank William enough for guiding us through the entire process of listing our home for sale and buying our new home. He has been there every step of the way. He is always very accessible through email or text, and responsive to any questions we had. His team made the paperwork seamless by putting it all together in a nice, organized package for us to review, a total time saver. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional realtor.

Will had helped my roommates and I find an apartment in a luxury building in Long Island City. We were concerned about finding a place with 3 bedrooms, that fit in our budget, AND did not have a broker fee. Will was able to make that all happen seamlessly. He was very informative and available for any questions or concerns. He makes the experience of apartment hunting less stressful. He even went far and beyond in helping us with the paperwork which can be even more stressful than finding a place. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a home and looking for someone reliable. I will definitely do business with him again.
