Willie Kuo, CPM, CCIM

Willie graduated from Cal State University Fullerton with a BA concentration in finance and started his commercial real estate career in the retail sector from the ground up. With over 15 years of commercial real estate exposure, from starting in a local property management firm to a mid-size retail shopping center development company to working in public retail REITs such as Westfield, the accumulated experiences trained him to become a jack of all trades. His proficiency in property management, leasing/pre-leasing of ground-up development projects, lease renewal negotiation, marketing, and corporate level financial data analysis/lease administration has established solid fundamentals when it comes to landlord representation.

To summarize the broad experiences in the commercial real estate realm, he has obtained the Retail Real Estate Professional Certification (CRRP) from ICSC, Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Willie is based in Los Angeles, bilingual in English and Mandarin, and is a competitive golfer.
