Wilmaris Rodriguez-Rivera

Wilmaris obtained a law degree from the University of Puerto Rico and worked for the Puerto Rico Department of Justice for several years as a prosecutor before getting her real estate license. She discovered her passion for real estate when her brother asked her for help to sell his home, which she gladly did. That´s when she decided to become a real estate agent. She obtained her Real Estate Broker´s license in 2010 and has been working in real estate for the last eight years. When she moved to Washington, DC, in 2014, she decided to work in real estate because she enjoys working with people. She believes there is no better satisfaction than helping someone sell, rent or find that special place. In her spare time, she likes going to the dog park with her two rescue pooches, Baldo and Sophie, spending time with family and traveling. She understands the difficulties of finding the ideal apartment or single family home for people with pets and accessible to public transportation or close to work. She understands it is essential to be available to her clients and maintain good communications. She looks forward to helping you sell, rent or find that one-of-a-kind home.
