Wilson Tsai

Mr. Tsai is the founding principal and broker officer for Kelton Group. He is a California State Bar Licensed Attorney and Department of Real Estate Broker, as well as a certified LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Tsai graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles and received his Juris Doctorate degree and Certificate of Intellectual Property from Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to establishing Kelton Group in 2007, Mr. Tsai served as general counsel to several exceptionally successful real estate firms focusing on residential real estate development and commercial real estate investments. With over 10 years of relevant career experience, including successfully negotiating hundreds of real estate lease and purchase and sales transactions, Mr. Tsai is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in all matters regarding real estate.

In addition to serving as the principal and broker officer for Kelton Group, Mr. Tsai also maintains an active law practice specializing in all aspects of real estate, estate planning, and general corporate and business law, and continues to serve as general counsel for select clients with significant real estate holdings.
