This might seem like an excessive amount of "excellent" ratings but it is honest. This is the second time my wife and I have used Wyatt as our realtor and the fourth time overall for my family along with along with a family friend who we referred Wyatt to. We already plan to contact him when we are ready to purchase our next home. His communication with us through the entire process was second to none. He was accessible day and night, weekdays and weekends. It is obviously that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his clients.

Wyatt truly went above & beyond with EVERY aspect of buying a home. As first time homebuyers, we felt overwhelmed yet ready to learn, and from the jump Wyatt informed us of every factor that goes into buying a home in a quickly scheduled, comfortable, and informative meeting. Wyatt communicated very quick & answered all of our questions no matter what time of day, and checked on us often to offer assistance if needed. On a Sunday morning we wanted to view a home, and by Sunday evening we were viewing the home with Wyatt, which led us to purchasing the home in a flawless process. The atmosphere that Wyatt provided was a feeling of a lifelong friend, and that remains even after closing. We cannot recommend choosing him as your realtor enough. Don't hesitate, just go with Wyatt!

I had some serious doubts and a lot of stress over selling due to having to sell it as is because of the issues it had and he made the process smooth and quick and it honestly worked out so good I would totally use him again even from a distance if needed because he just made everything about it transitionless it feels like! He also helped us view different new home builders to see which one would fit our needs and budget the most. Just a great realtor. Very personable. He drove all over town with us until we found our perfect home. He worked hard after we found the house to make sure we put in the best offer to make sure we got it. This is who you need if you want a smooth pleasant experience. Wyatt is unparalleled! He assisted my family on multiple occasions and always gave us 100%. He always puts the needs of his clients first.
