Wyatt Wikle

Wyatt D. Wikle has been practicing Commercial Real Estate since he graduated from FSU in 2015. Majoring in Real Estate and Finance, he knew exactly what he wanted to do. Since then, the Pinellas County native has represented clients in over 150 Commercial transactions of all types, closing over $25 Million in deals over the last 2 years alone. Wyatt received the CCIM designation in 2021 making him a part of the 1% of Florida Real Estate Agents who hold it. This designation reflects his understanding of all aspects of the Real Estate process, from a business owner’s decisions on when to buy/sell/lease, to the financial impacts involved with owning Commercial Real Estate. Wyatt was born and raised in Tarpon Springs, where his family has been dealing in Real Estate since 1985.
