About Xia

When growing up in China, Xia Zhao’s passion for real estate and client care blossomed at a young age through her family’s general contracting business. She spent lots of time watching how her father’s business took excellent care of their customers and enjoyed browsing floor plans and playing with wood blocks and small tools.

Before becoming a real estate broker in 2016, Xia worked at Microsoft for years as a Program Manager. This prior experience gave her a strong base in communication skills and established best practices in work that helped her provide unparalleled client service.

Xia works with buyers looking for primary homes and also investment properties. She customizes the search criteria and negotiation strategies for each buyer, providing a truly customized experience.

Xia is dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. This means she oversees every detail of the real estate transaction, and is fully committed to her clients before, during and after a sale. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. Xia monitors inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. When she’s not working, Xia can be found reading, cooking, singing in the Kirkland-based Carillon Chamber Choir, or spending time with family and friends.
