Born in China and raised in the U.S. from the age of eight, Ciao experienced firsthand the complexities of adapting to a new culture and community. This personal journey fuels her passion for helping individuals and families navigate major life transitions with confidence and ease. Her ability to listen, empathize, and advocate for her clients has earned her a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results.

Ciao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Mercy University and brings a diverse professional background to her real estate career. Before transitioning into real estate, she managed a restaurant and bar, where she developed strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills. She also worked in banking, gaining valuable financial expertise that now helps her guide clients through complex real estate transactions with clarity and confidence.

Beyond real estate, Ciao is deeply involved in her community and actively participates in her children’s PTA, advocating for strong family and school connections. She believes in fostering a welcoming environment for new families and helping them integrate smoothly into their communities.

Passionate about sustainability, Ciao integrates environmental psychology into her real estate approach, helping clients make informed decisions that align with long-term well-being and environmental responsibility. When she’s not working, Ciao enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, doing puzzles, drawing, playing tennis, and dancing.
