Berry Duan was my real estate agent for the first home I purchased. We closed on April 18, 2025. Simply put, she is amazing. As soon as we spoke on the phone, I knew I wanted to work with her. She was knowledgeable, approachable and flexible. Berry had a great list of real estate attorneys and lenders whom I also decided to work with.

One week after our first conversation she lined up five properties that were tailored to my needs and wants, which made it easy for me to narrow it down to two and ultimately, the one I ended up going with. It was a co-op in Riverdale and perfect for me. From the time I looked at the property and when it closed 2.5 months later, she was always available to answer any of my questions and offer sound advice.

I would highly recommend Berry to be your real estate agent and plan on using her in any future purchases. I know she has a lot of experience in the Manhattan area too.

Christina DeCurtis and our agent Berry Duan did an awesome job renting out our condo in Elmhurst! Their team knew so much about the real estate market in Queens to determine pricing and lease structures. Berry also did a great job with the listing and photos to bring in several strong applicants. Next she took care of the lease and keys. True professionalism, superb insights, and an overall great experience.
