Seth Santana was the realtor for my condo on St. Pete Beach. I met him as he was leaving another unit in my complex that he just sold. I was very impressed with how much and how fast he accomplished in that sale, I just knew he was the one I wanted to hire for the sale of my condo. He told me what he was going to put it on the market for at $375,000 and I was concerned it was too high and he said to just leave it up to him and not to worry as he intended to get more than asking with his strategy. So I put my trust in Seth and he proved himself above and beyond! He was so professional friendly and sure of himself as he had done the homework and sold my place the same day he put it on the market!!! I was amazed as he not only sold it but also got $35,000.00 above asking at $410,000.00 as he speculated would happen. Seth knows what he is doing and if you are thinking of selling your real estate he would be the one to choose to execute the sale!! I am so pleased with everything he did! From the first phone call I received from Seth, he was very professional, and spent the time understanding what I was looking for. His knowledge of the market was a huge help in finding a property I was looking for.
He is unbelievably responsive. I was able to reach him at 7 AM, and even after 8 PM on Super Bowl Sunday! Anytime I sent him a text, or a property I was interested in, he was right on top of my request.
I cannot tell you what a pleasure it is to work with him.
