Xinh has been in the trenches facilitating millions of dollars in home sales and purchases in the 12+ years she has been in real estate. Born in Vietnam to a South Vietnamese soldier. After the fall of Saigon, they fled their country and sailed across the Pacific Ocean. Somehow, whether by sheer luck or strategy, they made it. By way of Macau, they finally arrived in Oakland, CA with basically nothing at the age of 2.
Xinh would later participate in a 1-year foreign exchange program at the prestigious Hong Kong University. Little did she know at the time, this would change the course of her life. She returned home and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business. Soon after graduation, she found herself back in Hong Kong for another 6 years. She credits this time with her ability to adapt to all situations and keep her head in fast-paced environments, but perhaps most importantly, it exposed her to people from all walks of life. It allowed her to connect with people on a deeper level.
