Xuan Redding

Xuan Redding grew up in the real estate business! Her parents are post-war immigrants that worked very hard to save up for their first home in America. With her mom's brains and her dad's brawn, they were able to build a successful real estate portfolio over the last 25 years that include rental properties and commercial businesses.

In school, Xuan won awards in fine arts and design. This helps her tremendously as she works with her clients to stage their homes and train agents to market their listings.

Xuan has worked for several of the major Brokers in Austin since getting her license in 2002. I can honestly say Xuan has never seen a company culture or business model like they have at JBGoodwin. They've managed to keep the family business "feel" that I saw work for her parents and developed a Big Business plan, which has kept many of Austin's top multi-million dollar agents with JBGoodwin since its start over 40 years ago.
