About Yan

Yan Gladkov began his real estate career in 2016 as an investor. He then earned his New York City real estate license and joined Keller Williams NYC as a licensed real estate salesperson in 2018. In March of 2022 Yan became a member of the prominent Rana Williams Team within that organization. The Rana Williams Team is a group of seasoned real estate professionals and a talented administrative staff who have been featured in The Wall Street Journal and named one of the “Top 250 Real Estate Teams in America” by Real Trends.

Yan is a firm believer that giving your all is not enough, that you must always strive for more. He is methodical in his approach to everything that he does and passionate when guiding his customers through the aggressive real estate market in New York City. After immigrating from Russia to the United States as a teenager, Yan has given time to his own personal development as a business person, a professional, and an international real estate investor. Over the years he has sought out some of the top professionals in business to learn from, including Grant Cardone, and takes pride in the knowledge he has obtained.

Yan developed his communication skills while gaining 8 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry at a Leading Hotels of the World property in TriBeCa. There he interacted professionally with celebrity and high-powered clients daily learning the importance of discretion and candor. During the transformative time in 2020, Yan lead investor relations, sales, customer success and marketing departments at a big tech start-up, Gesture US Inc., as a Vice President.

Passionate about extreme competition, Yan has finished one of the toughest Spartan Races; a half marathon stretched over 7,000 feet of elevation with 30 obstacles engineered to push you out of your comfort zone and right up to your limits. The determination and drive needed to complete is race is something he brings to everything he pursues!
