Ms Ku has been an agent for over 30 years. She also has experience as a home builder. Ms Ku is dedicated to her clients and stays on top of all the details throughout the transaction. At first I wasn’t sure if I would need an agent based on my commercial real estate experience. But I learned a lot about the process through my experience with Ms Ku and she helped guide us to the right house for us. I would recommend her for both experienced and newbie buyers. She is not a part time agent and she’s fully focused on seeing the transaction through. You can tell she enjoys what she does & she’s good at it. I’m glad we had Ms Ku on our side and she made us feel like part of her family.
