Born and raised in New York City, Yanyka - a veteran - moved to Fairfax County with her two young sons in 2015. She knows how hectic moving can be and understands the unique relocation needs of families. She developed a detail-oriented and analytical mind, a genuine love for helping others, and a strong work ethic. Yanyka's innate desire to assist people saw her smoothly transition into real
estate, bringing along the acquired skills that set her apart in a crowded field. She also possesses excellent organizational and time management skills from 16+ years of experience working as an operations and project manager for a corporate law firm and condominium association.

A lifelong learner driven to enhance her real estate professional skills and add value, Yanyka has obtained the Short Sales and Foreclosures certification. She has an Associate’s degree in Information Systems and is finishing her Bachelor's in Individual Studies in Strategic Leadership. She is a proud member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Her clients receive up-to-date information on real estate markets, giving them a competitive edge.

When she is not pursuing her clients' goals, Yanyka enjoys exploring all the beauty of Virginia while spending time with her sons. She loves listening to live music, dancing, visiting wineries and national parks, reading, painting, sketching, and attending festivals.
