I have been working with Yasameen directly and indirectly for some months now. I stumbled upon her looking for a rental (so I thought!) Well the rental was gone, but out came an unexpected relationship that flourished! She is such an amazing person first, and inspiration, and a motivator! She encouraged me, a single mom, who had fear of purchasing in her 50's, with health, job and credit challenges (so I thought, it wasnt that bad,)that it wasn't too late to Purchase. She made me very knowledgeable of things to do and how to move forward and here I am today almost ready to purchase, and I only started late summer. If you are looking for a professional, personable, honest realtor she is your ONE STOP SHOP! Thanks Yasameen for helping me and my family understand the process and rid the fear of purchase!

Yasamin is beyond and above our expectations. She was committed to do her best to provide any information that we ask. She was also a good source of information about what we need to know and even were not aware of it. I can say her concern was our full satisfaction.

We definitely recommend Yasamin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In this crazy rising mortgage rates , we couldn’t loose the time at all. She was very responsive and did an extraordinary job in creating Comparable Market Report promptly after midnight, answering any call and making appointments with sellers even she based 30 minutes far from our location. This was the 1st reason that we selected Yasamin as our realtor. She helped us through each stage and made the whole process very easy.
