Yaser Perez

As a Cuban born American, Yaser Perez's family are true examples of living the American dream! Their family was extremely fortunate to establish roots in the Miami area and settled there for many years. They moved to the Charleston area in 2003 and his is so immensely proud to call it home.

Yaser's father was in the Air Force and stationed in the Charleston AFB and as part of the military community, He knew firsthand what it takes when it comes to relocating a family. That is one of the reasons that he has chosen to become a Full-Time real estate agent with Carolina One Real Estate.

Yaser prides himself in working hard and getting the best results. He learned that philosophy firsthand from his family when they came to this country with nothing. He prides himself in listening to the needs of those needing his services, as demonstrated through sales jobs he has had while attending college and after.

Being Bi-lingual in Spanish, Yaser will also be able to help those who either speak only Spanish or who speak some English but are more comfortable with the Spanish language.
