Yashika Johnson

Yashika has always been driven to strive for excellence in everything that she does, including taking care of real estate needs. She attended Temple University Real Estate Institute and became a licensed Realtor with First Heritage Realty Alliance in 2015. FHRA awarded her with the "Rising Star Award" in 2016 and "Award of Excellence" in 2017. Currently, she serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtor's Legislative Committee and the Bucks County Association of Realtor's Screening Committee. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, she worked in the banking/credit union industry for over 20 years.

As a real estate client, Yashika strives to provide honest, ethical, and professional service while maintaining a personable "service with a smile" approach. Her clients can trust that she will never try to sell them a property that she would not live in herself, and she ensures that they are always in communication with her. She has a deep understanding of her clients' real estate needs, and she currently serves the Philadelphia region. However, Yashika prioritizes finding home ownership options first to ensure that she provides the best care for her clients' home and financial needs.
