I have recently sold my first home, and it was a bittersweet feeling. Yasmin, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! She was always in communication with me, and her professionalism was extremely comforting considering I was over 1,000 miles away during the summer. That helped relieve a lot of stress on my end, and if I were to choose to buy again here in the Valley, Yasmin will be my first call no doubt. Yasmin is one of the best agents we ever came across. We wanted to sell our house so we could relocate. She guided us through the whole process during our first meeting and suggested realistic evaluation estimate. We started to receive viewing requests soon after and about a two weeks after we received and accepted a full offer. There were some delays due to COVID 19 but Yasmin continued to update us about the progress of our sale until the completion. We found her as an honest and straightforward professional; a lady of her words - which is difficult to receive from many professionals these days. She provided us with excellent communication throughout the entire process. I sincerely recommend Yasmin Tobey with Pacific Sotheby’s International.
