Born and raised in Singapore, Yasmine Wolfe attended the United World College of Southeast Asia, then set off on a global adventure through Malaysia, Holland, England, Mexico, and the United States. She’s picked up more cultural knowledge than a travel channel binge-watcher, and can probably order coffee in six languages—while negotiating a property deal.
Arriving in Burbank in the early 1990s, Yasmine Wolfe learned real estate from the legendary Michael and Mayme Cunningham, whose started their brokerage in Burbank in 1954. Their wisdom? Always put the client first, and never try to sell a house made of straw. Honesty, fairness, and integrity became her guiding principles—plus, she’s got a mean poker face for negotiations.
She joined First Class Real Estate, believing that to be successful, you needed to be a guru in the field, and that a client's best interest are served by blending old-school values with new tech. Think grandma’s apple pie, but delivered by drone. (And if you are a client, she can bake a mean apple pie but drone flying eludes her!)
When she’s not closing deals, Yasmine Wolfe is probably somewhere outdoors—camping, hiking, fishing, and generally making bears nervous. She’s also an astronomer and astrophotographer, spending nights gazing at the stars and taking photos that make the Milky Way look like it’s ready for its close-up. Her wall of honors and awards includes commendations from Burbank, Los Angeles, the California Senate, and even the House of Representatives (rumor has it, NASA once asked her for directions). She’s served as President of the Burbank Association of Realtors, director on civic boards, and is an approved instructor with NAR. She volunteers tirelessly in her community and is currently a director with the Family Service Agency of Burbank.
