In all sincerity, we cannot adequately articulate our appreciation for Yen's work in successfully selling our first home. Her tireless efforts to meet our short timeframe resulted in selling our home above asking within approximately 24 hours of being on the market. Her patient, thoughtful, sensitive, and engaged approach was comforting as we processed leaving a home we loved.

Yen's impressive network of contractors, cleaners, landscapers, etc., will address any need and work to address the needs within the customer's time constraints. For example, Yen's team coordinated the renovations over the few days we were out of town, house hunting in our new location. With little notice, Yen orchestrated the home improvements to meet our aggressive timeline and avoid disrupting our regular schedule.

I can’t imagine a better realtor experience than the one I had with Yen Le. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers, and we knew next to nothing about the process when we started. Not only was Yen extremely helpful and informative, but she was patient with our questions and helped us get organized in a way that felt easy.

When we started we weren’t even sure what we were looking for. Through trial and error and a large effort on Yen’s part, we finally got a better sense of the types of houses and areas we liked. Yen’s recommendations and what must have been hours and hours filtering through houses on our behalf is the only reason we ever ended up with a home.

Yen also went out of her way to make sure we were getting a good deal at every turn. She was proactive about reaching out and following up with listing agents, getting a fuller picture of each listing we were interested in than we would have had otherwise. She brought us pre-market and off-market options that weren’t visible on any of my apps.

Yen’s relationships with other people in the industry was supremely helpful for us. She recommended several loan officers she knew by name, and she even went digging to see who was offering the most competitive rate outside her usual suspects. We ended up with a completely ridiculously low interest rate, all thanks to Yen’s research and suggestions.

Yen was also dedicated when it came to big decisions. When we put our first offer down on a house, she stayed up late with us going over the paperwork to make sure we understood exactly what everything meant. She patiently answered our questions and talked everything over with us until we were comfortable submitting.

Finally, Yen’s project management has been invaluable. She has helped us organize document flow with the title company, scheduled appointments with contractors, kept track of important dates and easy-to-forget little things, which she keeps us in the loop on whenever something seems like it’s about to slip through the cracks. She’s an incredible agent and person, and I’ll be banging down her door the next time I need to buy or sell property.

My husband and I used Yen Le several weeks ago to help us sell our home in Silver Spring, MD. She actually helped us buy this home 6 years ago, too! Yen is THE best realtor we’ve worked with, both in MoCo and in other states. We remained friends after our 2015 purchase and it was a no-brainer to list our home with her in 2021. We are so happy we did! Yen is very knowledgeable and looks out for her client’s best interest at every part of the buying/selling process. She has an extensive network of partners, from contractors to mortgage professionals to movers, and everything in between. She was able to help us get our house beautifully staged and guided us in choosing the most favorable buyer. We closed over asking price in about 3 weeks! 3 reasons why Yen Le is my go to real estate agent.

1. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I've learned so much about market conditions, how to negotiate with potential buyers, analyzing offers and much more. Every step of the selling process went well with Yen, she was always confident in our ability to sell the property and even outdid my own expectations in the end as the property sold for nearly 100k more than I imagined.

2. She has connections. I needed to sell my mother's estate for as large of a return as possible. Yen was able to give me three options for contractors off the bat and the one I went with was able to offer discounts and do some work for free as well. She also has connections for pretty much anything you need done to a house that could help with selling, maid services, painting, all of that.

3. She is a good person. I went to Yen to help me sell my mother's estate, both of my parents passed away leaving me the estate and the accompanying mortgage balance at 19 years old. With no way to pay that mortgage within reason, I had no choice but to sell the only home I knew. Yen was able to get my mother's estate sold before the deadline of November 1st and also a much larger return than I could have thought possible.

I will also be using Yen Le as my buying agent when I purchase my first home in the coming years.

Yen helped me sell my condo during the pandemic. Since I was already living out of the area, not only did she help me prepare the condo for sale (coordinating with contractors, cleaner, and stager), but also guided me through the Maryland non-resident withholding tax exemption waiver application. Yen regularly checked on my condo and also scheduled a time for me to virtually say goodbye to my first home (that she actually helped me buy as well)! Yen helped me with buying a condo (privately and remotely) in DC. I have dreaded and put off buying my own place for years out of fear of the process. However, thanks to her help, it turned out to be a pain free despite me being in another city during the whole process. She was super organized, always on top of everything, and walked me through every step along the way, from negotiating with the owner, to following up with the lender on different types of paper work, giving me a heads up and reminders of different deadlines… She gave me tons of advice on needed repairs, where to find contractors and stayed in touch to make sure I have everything set up. I also like her style which is warm, personal but also feels very straightforward and honest. Talking to her feels like talking to a trusted friend. Yen is an amazing realtor to work with! My husband and I were considering buying a home in DC but weren't absolutely sure. Yen set up a series of homes for us to look at and even drove us and our young child around to all of them. She provided her opinion on the quality of the house construction/layout/comfort as well as its value, which was great for first-time home buyers who were completely new to the process and was very much appreciated.

We ended up finding a house that both of us liked and Yen helped guide us through the process of putting in an offer. She never pushed us to do anything that we weren't comfortable with and, importantly, never made a decision for us that we were struggling to make so that we could come up with what we wanted to do ourselves. She helped us think strategically about our bid and what we could do to make it more appealing beyond just a high offering price.

Our bid ended up being selected and Yen was incredibly helpful through the closing process, answering all of our questions right away and thoroughly. She provided clear dates on when various tasks had to be completed and did all of the multiple follow-ups with the individuals involved to make sure the process moved on-time and without issues.

Since buying our home, Yen has stayed in touch, taking an active interest in how we're doing - both with the house but also personally. I still feel I can reach out to her with a question whenever one comes up. She's great to work with - honest, easy to talk to, and sincerely nice and fun. Yen is The realtor you'll want to work with. She'll give you an honest lowdown on a property. For my case, she pointed out whether the windows were new or might have problems, the state of the building roof (whether an assessment might come soon), among others. She will research the fair value of the property, and is a good negotiator with the other party. Yen was awesome!! She deftly handled the sale of my condo, which was not an easy transaction by any means. I can tell she had loads of experience dealing with the numerous issues we encountered, from dealing with the condo association, getting the necessary repairs scheduled and completed, and negotiating with the buyer.
