I was fortunate to work with Yolanda on the sale of my home in Livermore CA She got the home under contract within a week and if not for my tenants breaching their contract of cash for keys the sale would have went through smoothly. Yolanda was great to work with; she was professional, informative, available, and creative. Clearly, she had a extensive network of potential clients and agents given she got me under contract so quickly. I would use her again once my tenants leave after the Alameda eviction moratorium ends.
