Working with Yolanda was such a great experience from beginning to end. She is genuinely kind and welcoming, and from the start she made us feel comfortable and supported through the whole process. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but she has a way of making everything feel manageable and clear.

She took the time to really educate us on the housing market and helped us understand what made sense financially, especially when it came to pricing and financing options. We never felt lost or unsure because she always explained things in a way that made sense.

Yolanda is also amazing when it comes to networking. Because of her connections, we were able to see so many beautiful homes that truly matched what we were looking for. Every house she showed us felt intentional and aligned with our wants and needs, all while staying within our budget.

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Yolanda! I was lucky to come across Yolanda's name in an online search for realtors in the West Lawn area. Right from the start we were impressed by her and her team. They responded to my inquiry immediately and we setup a walkthrough of the home. This was an estate sale of a close family member and from that first meeting, Yolanda treated me with such warmth and compassion for my loss. She understood how much the house meant to me and kept that in mind throughout the entire process. At the follow-up meeting, she impressed us again with her diligence and knowledge in evaluating the market and the home and had prepared a comprehensive analysis for us to consider. I’m so happy I chose Yolanda to sell my deceased uncle’s building. The estate was in probate and the process would turn out to be long and complicated. We required multiple certified appraisals and special language in the court order.
The probate case, including this sale, became contentious, with multiple heirs involved but Yolanda handled every hurdle brilliantly. Yolanda always responded quickly to my calls and questions.
Yolanda had solutions for any issues that I encountered with the property (it was in desperate need of repairs, updating and a cleanout). She knew how to get the most return for money spent on the property and get it ready for showings.

When i met yolanda right away she was very curious on what you like. She ask you good questions what you like about the house. She very knowledgeable on what to look out for interms of what needs to be addressed in the house. She is very experienced and very professional on what she does. I can’t say enough good things about Yolanda . She is a seasoned realtor who works harder than any realtor I’ve ever worked with . She is ALWAYS available to answer all questions and was quick to schedule same day viewings on homes in hot neighborhoods. During viewings she would always ask the sellers questions about the home that I would never have thought to ask, but were so important to think about . She would also come to the sites with updated numbers on taxes and home specs so that we would have everything we need to make a decision prior to seeing the house. She is not afraid to door knock, ask hard questions, or call the sellers as often as needed to get the answers to our questions . She’s a go getter, great at her job, caring, and present. Yolanda is creative, energetic, and meticulous. If I were to have imagined my ideal realtor, I am quite sure I would miss many of the attributes that make Yolanda so successful. My sister and I were first time buyers here in McKinley Park, and Yolanda was supremely patient with our (too often) slow learning curve.

One of the most important take aways I have from our working relationship is how quickly she internalized what we were looking for. If memory serves we looked together at 4 or 5 places. After that we only went out on visits she thought were worth our time. In short order, we had a place in the perfect location, and she negotiated a deal that favored us.

Yolanda's has knowledge and experience across the range of the real estate spectrum. She helped a friend of mine buy a building for his bar in Pilsen. She has worked with another friend's father who came here from Connecticut, and she is working with a colleague of mine who is looking to branch out into rental properties.

Perhaps the best way to express how confident I am in Yolanda's abilities: I carry her card in my wallet, and whenever I encounter someone who is looking for real estate, I give them her card and my face-to-face endorsement.
