Young Kim was amazing through every step of the selling process! She toured our house as soon as we told her our plan to sell and gave us a to do list to get started on making it ready. Before we even moved out she had a list of contractors and repairs ready to go for the day after we were scheduled to move. She was very involved and checked on the progress of our home every single day to ensure work was going as planned and was to her level of satisfaction. As a result, our home was repaired, repainted, cleaned, and looking fresh and new in less than a month! Young even staged the house to look it’s best and be ready for buyers to picture their life in it. She had the home listed when promised and we had multiple offers in just four days! She handled the negotiations smoothly and as a result we closed just 30 days after our offer came in!

My sister and I had to move our father into assisted living in April and immediately began the process of getting his condo ready to put on the market. We had an extremely negative experience with an unscrupulous estate sale company (Options Estate Sales), so we were already very stressed by the time Young came into the picture. We wish we had contacted her even sooner than we did, She immediately took over. She told us exactly what she thought we needed to do to get the condo ready to put on the market, and she remained involved in the process the entire time. She sold the condo within a few days for more than we had listed it for, and the entire process was seamless. Young is very professional, and she is a tireless advocate for her clients.

Young went above and beyond. Our dream home came on the market before we were officially going to start viewing houses AND while she was in Korea. After just a few phone calls, she got the ball rolling. We communicated via phone (with Young getting up VERY early sometimes) until she was back in the states. Despite the difference in time zones the whole process from viewing the home to negotiating the contract to the home inspection to financing went smoothly. We got our dream home!

Young Kim realty definitely goes the "extra mile" in dealings with clients.
Our experience was in selling the house of a family member who had passed away. Not only did Young Kim advise us what updating to do to sell the house, but also took care of arranging painters, carpet installation, yard cleanup, etc.

Young knows her stuff! I have known Young over 20 years and was in the mortgage lending industry during those 20 years. My mother was looking for a realtor last October and I have known many realtors and could have referred any one to her, but I knew that young would do the best for my mom. I worked with Young Kim when she repped a home in Miami Twp that my parents purchased from her client. We elected to use her as a buyer's/dual agent because she was professional and responsive to our questions. She assisted w/ closing issues (parents downsizing, sold old house then needed to close on new house...ideally before being forced to take intermediate housing, a real hassle).

She made it happen; provided seamless contacts w/ contractors, etc...we only had a few days leeway...

I did notice that her efforts really helped her client sell his home as well. And wondered if her client knew how well served he really was.

Very pleased with the results. I am especially grateful for her congenial and helpful manner that made a stressful process much easier on my parents.

Best Realtor ever, and I have bought and sold several properties. Young was involved from the beginning as we were updating the house for sale. She helped us select carpet colors, recommended new bathroom materials and fixtures, and focused on details that in the end really made the difference at showing. She staged the house and hired a professional videographer for free, that was not your run-of-the mill self photography. Rather than just handing us a few comps to establish a listing price, we reviewed 5 houses in detail on-line, room-by-room and arrived at the number together. She listed the house on several sites, and provided a few days for bids, from which we selected the best one - all of which were strong. Prior to closing we reviewed the Closing Statement together so there were no surprises at the table. She also made herself available for questions throughout the process and prompted us to complete specific actions that we may have forgotten to do during the busy time like switching utilities. Young Kim was professional, caring, driven, responsive and went above and beyond to sell our home quickly and at the right price. She asked all the right questions and listened to what was important to us as she created her plan to sell our home.
She had detailed knowledge of the market and gave suggestions on work that could be done to update the house to sell it quickly and at the best price. Being out of town, she went above and beyond to help by selecting materials that buyers would respond to as well as manage the teams doing the work. I could not have asked for better service.
