Brigitte Hug was the realtor that helped my family sell our first home that had been converted to a rental property. When we regained access to the property, we were unprepared for the experience and did not have a clear picture of our options. Brigitte worked with us in depth to understand multiple options, clearly outlining pros and cons for each. There are many realtors, however, only a few give excellent service and that extra effort. Brigitte Hug is one of the few realtors that I have met who provides all of that and more. For something than can be so stressful, Brigitte makes you feel confident and comfortable with the decisions in finding your home. Wow! We decided to sell our home when we saw the market changing. Time was of the essence and there was so much to do. Brigitte was instrumental in guiding my wife and me through the sales process.

She made excellent suggestions about increasing the curb appeal and interior of our property (upgrading kitchen, decluttering rooms and closets, sprucing up the exterior) that didn't create a lot of out of pocket costs. She went above and beyond in helping us prep for the open house. Most importantly, she made sure we didn't miss any opportunities to price our house at the correct market value.

We had only owned one house our entire lives and selling ours could have been quite a challenge. Brigitte really guided us through the process in a professional and ethical manner.

My husband, my family and I were relocated Delaware from Europe in 2014.

After moving every 2 years, we made the decision to provide stability for our young family through the purchase of a house in Delaware and putting down some roots.

Having met Brigitte when we lived in Delaware previously, from 2007 – 2009, and learning of her move into real estate, there was no one we trusted more to help us with our house search.

Where do I start? From Day 1 Brigette was very informed, knew the area & once she knew what we wanted went into action, allowed my children to get off work so we could go together and had several houses to show. Brigitte is a long time friend but this was the first time we had consulted her as a realtor. We were impressed with her knowledge, work ethic. She found us the perfect house within a few days of us deciding to buy one. We would have likely lost
