Yuan Chang

Yuan-Sing Chang has been in commercial real estate starting from 2001 and started out with BT Commercial specializing in retail and office leasing/sales in the Bay Area. Yuan is also a LEED accredited professional and was involved with the first LEED certified hotel in California. Yuan has represented many tenants including Red Ribbon Bakery, Taste of China, Randstad, Kumon, Foxconn, Boiling Point, Kimco, Hilton Garden, Holiday Inn, and many others. Yuan is also the president for CAREA the Chinese American Real Estate Association, Loopnet, Costar, and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
