Julia and Ken sold our house within 2 months. They are very familiar with the regional market. When my wife and I met them for the first time, they provided detailed information and analysis of recently sold and for-sale properties similar to ours. This helped us to list our house at a very competitive price. My wife and I were very impressed with the energy Julia possessed. In addition to us, she worked with many other clients. Whatever questions or requests we asked her, she usually responded within a few hours, sometimes late in the night. Both Julia and Ken are professional and friendly. We highly recommend this team.

I had a fabulous working experience with my realtors, Julia & Kenny. They are so knowledgeable, professional, dedicated to detail, and gave 100% of their time to the sale of my house from beginning to close. They are super responsive and friendly. They give us good advise to staging the house, took great pictures and video tour, and sold it for 41K more than asking. We would definitely use Julia & Kenny again and highly recommend their services to anyone.

If you are looking to sell your home in the 3 Village area, there is no better realtor than Julia & Kenny. They are very knowledgeable and understands the local market.
Julia & Kenny put my house under contract for more than asking price. We are very happy with their work. They are the best and most knowledgeable professional realtors I could work with.
