During her professional career, Yulia was the recipient of the prestigious Rookie of the Year award, became one of the youngest Broker-Associate and achieved the elite status of the Top Producer company-wide nationally. She has been featured in numerous publications including USA Today WSJ Real Trends and Haven Magazine. She's been a guest speaker on multiple Top Producer panels. In 2022 she was awarded a "Best of Zillow" and a Five Star Professional Award.

With a master’s in economics and an inherited entrepreneurial spirit, Yulia pursued her real estate license in 2012. Stimulated by the innovative and self-disciplined culture of being a REALTOR, and with her unwavering upbeat tempo, she has built a solid foundation for her business - One built on integrity, diligence, and being a fierce negotiator.
