This review is long overdue. Yuliya Padey made finding our dream apartment a breeze. After working from home out of our NYC studio for the last year, we were beyond ready for more space. We had a general idea of the neighborhood we wanted to live in and a long list of amenities we were hoping to snag in our new place.

The entire process of viewing apartments was seamless. We had initially reached out about a specific unit and Yuliya went above and beyond to schedule a few other listings in the area as well. All of her picks offered similar amenities/finishes that were not only under our budget but had the broker's fee fully covered.

When it came down to the application, she walked us through the entire process and put in extra hours to submit our documents ASAP. She was always quick to answer texts so we never felt out of the loop. The level of communication she kept throughout the entire process was top-notch. It's clear Yuliya truly cares about her craft and wants to make sure you'll be happy in your new home.

Without a doubt, Yuliya is the best broker we've had the pleasure of working with and I can't recommend her and the Liberty Realty team enough!

Of most importance is her responsiveness - I can’t think of a single time when I reached out to her that she did not respond within minutes.

Yuliya went above and beyond to make sure we found a great home! My partner and I were moving out of NYC for the first time and we were so glad we found Yuliya. She didn't push us into an apartment we didn't like, nor did she try and slip in any extra fees at the last minute. We found a great unit, under market value, that fit our needs perfectly.
