Yvette Iturrino brings over 20 years of experience in Real Estate as well as entrepreneurial business management. She has a background in Mortgage Finance and mortgage closings. She has excellent skills in negotiating on behalf of the client.

Yvette has 5 years experience as a commercial property manager and administrator, sales and leasing agent. Born and raised in New York, Yvette moved to Orlando, Florida in 1998 where she successfully opened and operated two companies.

Yvette, a former Mortgage Broker and Mobile Notary Closer, owned and operated her company for 8 years. She along with her husband successfully turned her mobile closing business to a National Mobile Notary Signing Company. Yvette has been on all aspects of the Real Estate business from prior collection and skip tracing experience on behalf of banks, to mortgage finance, real estate closings and now sales and leasing. She brings an awesome wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit all parties involved.

Yvette and Jesus work as a team, they now operate Central FL Realty Group it provides services for property management, sales and leasing for Commercial and Residential.
