About Yvette

Yvette is a native of the Carolina's and spent the majority of her adult life in the greater Charlotte area. She is a Cum Laude graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics, with a Marketing Concentration. She also holds an A.A.S. degree in Paralegal Technology.

Yvette has more than 30 years’ experience in the real estate profession with much of that being accomplished as a single mother. She began her career at the age of 18 working full-time as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal while attending college in the evenings. After college, she grew her real estate knowledge and professional experience while working as a Commercial Real Estate Closing Coordinator for a major financial institution; as a Director of Marketing and Development Coordinator for a commercial real estate developer; as a Relocation Counselor with a Fortune 500 company managing employees’ relocations throughout the United States; and as a SC and NC Realtor and Real Estate Investor.

In addition to working in the greater Charlotte area, Yvette has resided in and owned properties in Charlotte, Waxhaw, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and Columbia. This has allowed her to have a vast understanding of the real estate market in these areas. She has taken the knowledge gained, along with her experiences, and used this to help her clients make informed decisions about their purchases, sales, and relocations.

Yvette is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Charlotte Regional Realtor’s Association, the Canopy MLS, and the Consolidated MLS.

When Yvette is not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, immersing herself in the culture and culinary scene of the areas where she resides and visits, reading, standup paddleboarding, weightlifting and Peloton workouts.
